เทศบาลนครเชียงรายมีความประสงค์ที่จะจัดซื้อเครื่องออกกำลังกายกลางแจ้ง เพื่อส่งเสริมสุขภาพของประชาชนในพื้นที่ โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสนับสนุนให้เด็ก เยาวชน ผู้สูงอายุ และประชาชนทั่วไปได้ใช้เวลาว่างให้เป็นประโยชน์ด้วยการออกกำลังกาย เสริมสร้างสุขภาพกายและจิตใจที่ดี รวมถึงส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีในชุมชน โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการจัดหาเครื่องออกกำลังกาย 10 ประเภท ได้แก่ ชิงช้า ม้ากระดก ชุดปีนป่าย กระดานลื่น เครื่องบริหารไหล่ แขน ขา เครื่องบริหารข้อสะโพก และจักรยานบริหารขาและข้อเข่า รวมทั้งหมด 50 เครื่อง ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด และเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายหรือรับจ้างเกี่ยวกับพัสดุที่จัดซื้อ

This project aims to procure outdoor exercise equipment for children, youth, seniors, and the general public in Chiang Rai Municipality. The project’s objectives are to promote physical activity and well-being for all age groups, enhance community interaction, and support the municipality’s development plan. The scope includes the procurement of 50 exercise machines of 10 different types, such as swings, seesaws, climbing sets, slides, and various fitness machines. Bidders must meet legal requirements and be in the business of selling or providing services related to the procurement items.
