โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างถนนแอสฟิลท์ติกคอนกรีต พร้อมติดตั้งเสาไฟถนนโคมเสาพับได้ LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ รหัสบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย ๐๗๐๒๐๐๓๑ จำนวน ๔๐ ชุด ในสายทางบ้านสกอร์ หมู่ที่ ๑๒ ตำบลบักได อำเภอพนมดงรัก ถึงบ้านนิคมฯ ๒ ตำบลองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบักได อำเภอพนมดงรัก จังหวัดสุรินทร์ ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลบักได
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:
- งานดิน ได้แก่ การถางป่าและขุดตอ
- งานรื้อโครงสร้างถนนเดิม เช่น ผิวลาดยางเดิม
- งานปรับปรุงพื้นทางเดิมและการบดอัด
- งานพื้นทางดินซีเมนต์ปรับปรุงคุณภาพด้วยยางธรรมชาติ (Nr-Preblend) หนา 20 ซม. โดยผลิตภัณฑ์จากผู้ประกอบการ SMEs ที่ได้รับการรับรอง Made in Thailand
- งานผิวทาง ได้แก่ การลาด Prime Coat และ Tack Coat, งานแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต (Asphalt Concrete Wearing Course)
- งานตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสี ThermoPlastic Paint (สีเหลืองและสีขาว)
- งานติดตั้งท่อลอด
- งานติดตั้งสัญญาณไฟกระพริบและป้ายจราจร (ป้าย ต.75 และ ต.11)
- งานติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ
- งานจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์ (เสาไฟถนนโคมเสาพับได้ LED พลังงานแสงอาทิตย์)

This project is an e-bidding for the construction of an asphalt concrete road with the installation of 40 sets of foldable pole LED solar street lights (Thai innovation account code 07020031) on the route from Ban Skor, Village No. 12, Bakdai Subdistrict, Phanom Dong Rak District to Ban Nikhom 2, Bakdai Subdistrict, Surin Province, by Bakdai Subdistrict Administrative Organization.
The scope of work includes:
- Earthwork: Clearing and grubbing.
- Removal of existing road structures: Removal of existing asphalt surface.
- Improving and compacting the original subgrade.
- Soil-cement base course improved with natural rubber (Nr-Preblend), 20 cm thick, from Made in Thailand certified SMEs.
- Surfacing: Prime coat & Tack coat, Asphalt concrete wearing course.
- Thermoplastic paint line marking (yellow and white).
- Culvert installation.
- Installation of flashing lights and traffic signs (Tor. 75 and Tor. 11 signs).
- Project sign installation.
- Procurement of equipment (foldable pole LED solar street lights).
