กรมสรรพาวุธทหารเรือมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อวัสดุ อุปกรณ์ซ่อมแซมห้องซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องสรรพาวุธโรงงานซ่อมบำรุงปืนที่ 1 จำนวน 32 รายการ งบประมาณ 1,100,000 บาท วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อสนับสนุนการซ่อมทำอาวุธปืนของแผนกปืน กทว.ศชส.สพ.ทร. ตามแผนการซ่อมบำรุงยุทโธปกรณ์ประจำปี (PMS) และงานนอกแผน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, ไม่ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอ, และต้องลงทะเบียนในระบบจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องแนบหลักฐานการยื่นข้อเสนอตามที่กำหนดใน TOR, รวมถึงรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะของวัสดุและอุปกรณ์แต่ละรายการ (ผนวก ก) มีการกำหนดเกณฑ์การพิจารณาโดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคาเป็นหลัก การยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นไปตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และมีการกำหนดระยะเวลาการส่งมอบ, การรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่อง, และค่าปรับสำหรับการส่งมอบล่าช้า

The Naval Ordnance Department intends to procure materials and equipment for the repair of the armory maintenance room of the Gun Maintenance Factory No. 1, totaling 32 items with a budget of 1,100,000 baht. The main objective is to support the repair of firearms by the Gun Division, etc. Bidders must meet legal qualifications, such as having legal capacity, not being bankrupt, not being suspended from submitting proposals, and must register in the electronic government procurement system (e-GP). Bidders must attach evidence of their proposal as specified in the TOR, including specific characteristics of each material and equipment item (Appendix A). The evaluation criteria are based primarily on price. Proposals must comply with the conditions specified in the electronic bidding documents. The delivery period, warranty, and penalties for late delivery are specified.
