โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงทัศนียภาพโดยรอบคูเมืองเชียงใหม่ และยกระดับระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด (CCTV) ในพื้นที่เทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่ โดยการนําสายไฟฟ้าและสายสื่อสารลงใต้ดิน จะช่วยลดปัญหาทัศนียภาพที่ไม่เรียบร้อย และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยในชีวิตและทรัพย์สินของประชาชนและนักท่องเที่ยว
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงโครงข่ายสายสัญญาณระบบกล้องโทรทัศน์วงจรปิด ตั้งแต่ถนนชัยศรีภูมิ บริเวณแจ่งศรีภูมิ ถึงถนนคชสาร บริเวณแจ่งกะต๊ำ และถนนมูลเมือง บริเวณแจ่งศรีภูมิ ถึงแจ่งกะต๊ำ โดยจะมีการติดตั้งเสาเหล็ก, วางท่อร้อยสาย, เทพื้นคอนกรีต, ติดตั้งบ่อพัก, และเดินสายใยแก้วนําแสง เพื่อเชื่อมต่อสัญญาณมายังศูนย์ควบคุมสั่งการของเทศบาลนครเชียงใหม่
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาช่างฝีมือที่มีความรู้ความสามารถในการปฏิบัติงานตามหลักวิชาชีพ และจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการดูแลความปลอดภัยในพื้นที่ปฏิบัติงาน รวมถึงการซ่อมแซมหรือชดใช้ความเสียหายที่อาจเกิดขึ้น นอกจากนี้ จะต้องมีการทดสอบระบบและจัดการระบบให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
เป้าหมายของโครงการคือการฟื้นฟูการท่องเที่ยว เพิ่มสิ่งอํานวยความสะดวก และพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการพื้นที่การท่องเที่ยวให้สอดคล้องกับศักยภาพในการรองรับนักท่องเที่ยวของเมืองเชียงใหม่
This project aims to improve the landscape around Chiang Mai’s moat and upgrade the CCTV system in the Chiang Mai Municipality area. By relocating overhead cables underground, the project will reduce visual clutter and enhance the safety and security of residents and tourists.
The scope of work includes upgrading the CCTV signal network from Chai Sri Phum Road near Jang Sri Phum to Khotchasarn Road near Jang Ka Tum, and from Mun Mueang Road near Jang Sri Phum to Jang Ka Tum. This involves installing steel poles, laying conduits, pouring concrete foundations, installing manholes, and running fiber optic cables to connect signals to the Chiang Mai Municipality’s command center.
The contractor must provide skilled technicians to perform professional work and be responsible for site safety, including repairing or compensating for any damage that may occur. Additionally, the contractor is required to test and manage the system to ensure its efficient operation.
The project’s goals are to revitalize tourism, enhance amenities, and develop tourism management in line with Chiang Mai’s carrying capacity for tourists.
