โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน ปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 2,400 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 110 กิโลวัตต์ ขับเคลื่อน 2 ล้อ แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บ พร้อมหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาสหรือเหล็ก จำนวน 1 คัน ให้แก่สำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ ๔ เพื่อใช้ทดแทนรถยนต์ราชการเดิมที่มีสภาพทรุดโทรมและมีอายุการใช้งานมานาน โดยจะนำมาใช้ในงานราชการตามภารกิจของสำนักงานฯ และนโยบายที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหารถบรรทุกที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ (TOR) ซึ่งรวมถึงคุณสมบัติทั่วไปของรถ ระบบเครื่องยนต์ ระบบส่งกำลัง ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบกันสะเทือน ระบบบังคับเลี้ยว ระบบห้ามล้อ ยางและกระทะล้อ ส่วนประกอบประจำรถและความปลอดภัย อุปกรณ์มาตรฐานประกอบรถยนต์ และหลังคาสําเร็จรูปชนิดทําด้วยไฟเบอร์กลาสเสมอตัวรถ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายรถยนต์ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งและมีศูนย์บริการตรวจเช็คและซ่อมบำรุง

ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องส่งมอบรถภายใน 75 วันนับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และต้องดำเนินการจดทะเบียนรถในนามสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ ๔ พร้อมทั้งจัดทำประกันภัยรถยนต์ประเภท 1 ระยะเวลาคุ้มครองไม่น้อยกว่า 1 ปี รวมถึงพ่นสีและเครื่องหมายประจำส่วนราชการบนตัวรถ

รายการส่งมอบ (Deliverables) ประกอบด้วย:

• รถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน พร้อมอุปกรณ์และส่วนควบตามที่ระบุใน TOR
• การจดทะเบียนรถในนามสำนักงานเศรษฐกิจการเกษตรที่ ๔
• การจัดทำประกันภัยรถยนต์ประเภท 1
• การพ่นสีและเครื่องหมายประจำส่วนราชการ
• การเติมน้ำมันเชื้อเพลิงเต็มถัง
• หนังสือคู่มือการใช้รถและคู่มือการบำรุงรักษา
• หนังสือคู่มือบริการหลังการขาย

The project aims to procure one unit of 1-ton diesel truck with a cylinder volume of at least 2,400 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 110 kilowatts, 2-wheel drive, double cab, with fiberglass or steel canopy for the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 4. This is to replace the old government vehicle which is dilapidated and has been in use for a long time. It will be used for government affairs according to the mission of the office and assigned policies.

The scope of work includes procuring a truck with the specifications outlined in the TOR, including general vehicle characteristics, engine system, transmission system, electrical system, suspension system, steering system, braking system, tires and wheels, vehicle components and safety, standard vehicle equipment, and fiberglass canopy. Bidders must be manufacturers or authorized dealers with service and maintenance centers.

The winner must deliver the vehicle within 75 days from the date of signing the contract, register the vehicle under the name of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 4, and provide type 1 vehicle insurance with coverage of at least 1 year, as well as paint the official colors and markings on the vehicle.

Deliverables include:

• 1-ton diesel truck with accessories and components as specified in the TOR.
• Vehicle registration under the name of the Office of Agricultural Economics Region 4.
• Type 1 vehicle insurance.
• Painting of official colors and markings.
• Full tank of fuel.
• Vehicle operation and maintenance manuals.
• After-sales service manual.
