โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างผู้ให้บริการจัดพิธีเปิดและพิธีปิดการแข่งขันกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ ครั้งที่ ๔๘ “พลศึกษาเกมส์” ให้มีความเรียบร้อย สมบูรณ์ มีความงดงาม สมเกียรติ และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน โดยมีแนวคิดหลักคือ “พลศึกษารวมน้ำใจ ดินแดนรุ่งอรุณแห่งความสุข” ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการออกแบบสร้างสรรค์ การจัดเตรียมพิธีการและการแสดง (เช่น การแสดง 2 ชุดในพิธีเปิด และ 3 ชุดในพิธีปิด) การจัดสร้างและตกแต่งสถานที่ ระบบแสง เสียง จอ LED เอฟเฟกต์ พลุ การถ่ายทอดสด การอำนวยการและประสานงาน รวมถึงการจัดงานเลี้ยงต้อนรับนักกีฬาและผู้สนับสนุน (120 โต๊ะ) สถานที่จัดงานคือ สนามกีฬามหาวิทยาลัยการกีฬาแห่งชาติ วิทยาเขตสุโขทัย กำหนดจัดพิธีเปิดวันที่ 1 กันยายน 2568 และพิธีปิดวันที่ 10 กันยายน 2568

The objective of this project is to hire a service provider to organize the opening and closing ceremonies of the 48th National Sports University Games “พลศึกษาเกมส์” to ensure they are orderly, complete, beautiful, dignified, and up to standard. The main concept is “พลศึกษารวมน้ำใจ ดินแดนรุ่งอรุณแห่งความสุข”. The scope of work includes creative design, preparation of ceremonies and performances (e.g., 2 performances in the opening ceremony and 3 performances in the closing ceremony), construction and decoration of venues, lighting, sound, LED screens, effects, fireworks, live broadcasting, direction and coordination, and organizing a welcome banquet for athletes and supporters (120 tables). The venue is the stadium of the National Sports University, Sukhothai Campus. The opening ceremony is scheduled for September 1, 2025, and the closing ceremony for September 10, 2025.
