โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อรถบรรทุกดีเซลขนาด 6 ตัน 6 ล้อ แบบกระบะเหล็ก เพื่อใช้ในกิจการของกรมปศุสัตว์ โดยรถบรรทุกที่จัดซื้อจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดในรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ (TOR) เช่น ต้องมีปริมาตรกระบอกสูบไม่ต่ำกว่า 6,000 ซีซี หรือกำลังเครื่องยนต์สูงสุดไม่ต่ำกว่า 170 กิโลวัตต์ เป็นรถยนต์รุ่นใหม่ล่าสุดที่ไม่เคยผ่านการใช้งานมาก่อน ผลิตหรือประกอบในประเทศ มีคุณสมบัติตามมาตรฐาน มอก. ยูโร 5 หรือดีกว่า มีระบบความปลอดภัยและอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกครบครัน รวมถึงมีการรับประกันการใช้งานและบริการหลังการขายที่มีคุณภาพ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นผู้ผลิต ผู้แทนจำหน่าย หรือผู้ที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งโดยตรงจากผู้ผลิต และมีศูนย์บริการมาตรฐานที่พร้อมให้บริการในพื้นที่จัดซื้อหรือพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง
This project aims to procure a 6-ton, 6-wheel diesel truck with a steel body, a cylinder volume of at least 6,000 cc or a maximum engine power of at least 170 kilowatts for the Department of Livestock Development. The truck must be the latest model, unused, and manufactured or assembled in Thailand. It must meet the specified standards, including Euro 5 or better, and include comprehensive safety features and amenities, along with a warranty and quality after-sales service. Bidders must be manufacturers, authorized dealers, or directly appointed representatives of the manufacturer and have a standard service center ready to provide services in the procurement area or nearby.
