• หน่วย: การซื้อขายคอนกรีตวัดเป็นลูกบาศก์เมตร, การยุบตัววัดเป็นเซนติเมตร, และกำลังอัดวัดเป็นกิโลกรัมต่อตารางเซนติเมตร
• การตรวจสอบวัสดุ: ผู้ผลิตต้องรับผิดชอบในการตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบตามมาตรฐานของกรมชลประทาน
• ส่วนผสม: กรมชลประทานสามารถกำหนดอัตราส่วนผสม หรือให้ผู้ผลิตออกแบบส่วนผสมเองได้
• การยุบตัว (Slump): ต้องควบคุมให้อยู่ในช่วงที่กรมชลประทานกำหนด และห้ามเติมน้ำเพิ่มที่หน้างาน
• กำลังอัด: ทดสอบด้วยตัวอย่างทรงกระบอกมาตรฐาน (๑๕๐๓๐ เซนติเมตร) และมีการเก็บตัวอย่างตามปริมาณคอนกรีตที่เท ค่าเฉลี่ยกำลังอัดที่ 28 วันต้องไม่ต่ำกว่าที่กำหนด

การจัดส่ง: ต้องมีข้อมูลรายละเอียดในเอกสารจัดส่ง เช่น ชื่อโรงงาน, ลำดับใบส่งของ, เลขที่รถ, ชื่อผู้ซื้อ, สถานที่งาน, ประเภทคอนกรีต, ปริมาณ, เวลาผสมและถ่ายคอนกรีต, ค่าการยุบตัว, ขนาดมวลรวม, และชนิดสารผสมเพิ่ม

This document specifies the technical requirements for ready-mixed concrete used in Royal Irrigation Department projects. It covers general characteristics, specific properties, testing methods, and information required for concrete delivery. Bidders must comply with Thai Industrial Standard (TIS) or equivalent standards, as well as quality control of raw materials and concrete compressive strength testing.

General Characteristics: Ready-mixed concrete refers to concrete produced at a plant and transported to the construction site by mixer trucks or agitator trucks.

Specific Properties:

• Units: Concrete is traded by volume (cubic meters), slump (centimeters), and compressive strength (kilograms per square centimeter).
• Material Inspection: The manufacturer is responsible for inspecting raw materials according to the standards of the Royal Irrigation Department.
• Mix Design: The Royal Irrigation Department can specify mix proportions, or the manufacturer can design the mix.
• Slump: Must be controlled within the range specified by the Royal Irrigation Department, and adding water on-site is prohibited.
• Compressive Strength: Tested with standard cylindrical samples (150x30 cm) and samples are collected based on the volume of concrete poured. The average compressive strength at 28 days must not be less than the specified value.

Delivery: Delivery documents must include details such as the name of the plant, order number, vehicle number, buyer’s name, job site location, type of concrete, quantity, mixing and discharge times, slump, aggregate size, and type of admixture.
