โครงการจัดซื้อชุดเครื่องมือผ่าตัดขนาดเล็ก (Minor set) จำนวน ๓ ชุด ของโรงพยาบาลสุรินทร์ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อใช้สำหรับการผ่าตัดศัลยกรรมทั่วไป งบประมาณรวม ๙๐๐,๐๐๐ บาท (เก้าแสนบาทถ้วน) จัดซื้อด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) ผู้เสนอราคาต้องเป็นนิติบุคคล และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ในพระราชบัญญัติการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐ พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๐ และกฎกระทรวงที่เกี่ยวข้อง ได้แก่ ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย ไม่อยู่ระหว่างเลิกกิจการ ไม่เป็นผู้ถูกระงับการยื่นข้อเสนอหรือทำสัญญากับหน่วยงานของรัฐ ไม่เป็นผู้มีชื่ออยู่ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ทิ้งงาน และต้องมีคุณสมบัติและไม่มีลักษณะต้องห้ามตามที่คณะกรรมการนโยบายการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างและการบริหารพัสดุภาครัฐกำหนด นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลผู้มีอาชีพขายพัสดุที่ประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ และไม่เป็นผู้มีผลประโยชน์ร่วมกันกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น

The project is for the procurement of 3 sets of minor surgical instrument sets for Surin Hospital, with the purpose of general surgical operations. The total budget is 900,000 Baht, and the procurement method is e-bidding.
