ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการตามแบบแปลนที่เทศบาลตำบลโนนไทยกำหนด และปฏิบัติตามมาตรฐานวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย (วสท.) อย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงการใช้วัสดุที่มีคุณภาพตามที่ระบุ เช่น ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ตราช้าง หรือตราเอราวัณ, เหล็กเส้นที่ได้มาตรฐาน มอก., และคอนกรีตที่มีกำลังอัดประลัยตามที่กำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีการควบคุมคุณภาพงานอย่างเข้มงวด และพร้อมให้วิศวกรผู้ออกแบบตรวจสอบ หากมีข้อสงสัยหรือแบบแปลนไม่ชัดเจน ผู้รับจ้างต้องสอบถามวิศวกรผู้ออกแบบก่อนดำเนินการก่อสร้าง

This project aims to construct a fence, gate, and sign for the Non Thai Subdistrict Municipality office. The details include constructing a concrete fence with a width of 0.15 meters, a length of at least 155.00 meters, and a height of 1.20 meters; constructing two gates, the first with a width of 0.20 meters, a length of 9.00 meters, and a height of at least 1.50 meters, and the second with a length of 5.00 meters and a height of at least 1.50 meters; and constructing a sign for the Non Thai Subdistrict Municipality office with a width of 1.20 meters, a length of 9.00 meters, and a height of at least 1.80 meters. The project also includes the installation of temporary and permanent project publicity signs.
The contractor must follow the blueprints specified by the Non Thai Subdistrict Municipality and strictly adhere to the engineering standards of the Engineering Institute of Thailand (EIT). This includes using quality materials as specified, such as Elephant or Erawan Portland cement, steel bars that meet TIS standards, and concrete with the specified compressive strength. The contractor must maintain strict quality control and be available for inspection by the design engineer. If there are any questions or unclear blueprints, the contractor must consult with the design engineer before starting construction.
