เทศบาลตำบลกระโสมมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการก่อสร้างปรับปรุงถนนเสริมผิวจราจรด้วยแอสฟัลท์คอนกรีต บริเวณซอยเทศบาล ๔/๒ ถึง ซอยเทศบาล ๒ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการคมนาคมในเขตเทศบาลให้ได้มาตรฐานและปลอดภัย โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมพื้นที่ขนาดกว้าง ๕.๐๐ เมตร ยาว ๓๕๔.๐๐ เมตร หนา ๐.๐๕ เมตร หรือมีพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า ๑,๗๗๐ ตารางเมตร งบประมาณ ๗๗๕,๐๐๐ บาท ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นผู้มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานก่อสร้างและมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในสัญญาเดียวในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า ๓๘๗,๕๐๐ บาท และต้องมีวิศวกรโยธาประเภทภาคี (ภย.) ประจำโครงการ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน ๖๐ วัน และมีการรับประกันความชำรุดเสียหายเป็นเวลา ๒ ปี
