โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อ “มอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าสำหรับกรอและเลื่อยตัดกระดูก” จำนวน 1 เครื่อง สำหรับใช้ในสาขาวิชาศัลยศาสตร์ศีรษะ คอ และเต้านม ภาควิชาศัลยศาสตร์ โรงพยาบาลศิริราช เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการผ่าตัด ลดภาวะแทรกซ้อน และเพิ่มความปลอดภัยให้แก่ผู้ป่วยและบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ อุปกรณ์นี้จะช่วยให้ศัลยแพทย์ทำงานได้รวดเร็วและแม่นยำยิ่งขึ้น ทั้งยังเป็นประโยชน์ต่อการเรียนการสอนนักศึกษาแพทย์และแพทย์ประจำบ้าน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาเครื่องมอเตอร์ไฟฟ้าที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เครื่องควบคุมการทำงาน, ด้ามจับสำหรับตัดกระดูกแบบต่างๆ, ไมโครมอเตอร์, หัวกรอ, ดอกสว่าน, ใบเลื่อย, กล่องบรรจุเวชภัณฑ์ปลอดเชื้อ, และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด มีหนังสือแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่าย และมีหลักฐานการสนับสนุนอะไหล่สำรอง
เกณฑ์การพิจารณาจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด โดยมีเงื่อนไขพิเศษสำหรับผู้ประกอบการ SMEs และผู้เสนอพัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไทย (Made in Thailand) กำหนดส่งมอบภายใน 120 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา ผู้ขายต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องเป็นเวลา 3 ปี และต้องจัดการซ่อมแซมแก้ไขภายใน 5 วันทำการ

This project involves the procurement of one “Electric Motor for Grinding and Bone Cutting” for the Division of Head, Neck, and Breast Surgery, Department of Surgery, Siriraj Hospital. The aim is to enhance surgical efficiency, reduce complications, and improve safety for both patients and medical personnel. This equipment will enable surgeons to work more quickly and accurately, while also benefiting medical students and residents in their training.
The scope of work includes providing an electric motor with specified features such as a control unit, various bone-cutting handpieces, a micromotor, burs, drill bits, saw blades, sterile packaging, and other related equipment. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, possess a distributor appointment letter, and provide evidence of spare parts support.
The selection criteria will be based on the lowest price, with special conditions for SMEs and bidders offering products manufactured in Thailand (Made in Thailand). Delivery is required within 120 days after signing the contract. The seller must guarantee against defects for 3 years and provide repairs within 5 working days.
