โครงการจัดซื้อระบบผลิตน้ําประปาขนาดใหญ่มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำประปาและยกระดับคุณภาพชีวิตของประชาชนในบ้านยั้งเมิน โดยการจัดหาระบบผลิตน้ำประปาที่มีกำลังการผลิต 10 ลูกบาศก์เมตรต่อชั่วโมง ระบบที่ต้องการคือระบบ “POG” ซึ่งเป็นนวัตกรรมที่รวมกระบวนการเติมอากาศ, การกวน, การตกตะกอน, การกรอง และการระบายก๊าซไว้ในอุปกรณ์เดียว ทำให้การติดตั้งและการดูแลรักษาง่ายขึ้น และใช้พื้นที่น้อยลงกว่าระบบเดิมถึง 70%
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดซื้อและติดตั้งระบบ POG TANK ซึ่งมีถังเก็บน้ำพร้อมอุปกรณ์กรองภายใน, โรงสูบน้ำอเนกประสงค์, ถังอเนกประสงค์ ACFS และถังสูง SFX พร้อมทั้งรั้วรอบพื้นที่ติดตั้ง นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องทำการทดสอบระบบเป็นเวลาอย่างน้อย 48 ชั่วโมงก่อนส่งมอบ และให้คำแนะนำแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ อบต. ยั้งเมิน เกี่ยวกับกระบวนการผลิตน้ำประปา
ผลสำเร็จของโครงการคือการมีระบบผลิตน้ำประปาที่สามารถผลิตน้ำประปาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐาน WHO และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาการขาดแคลนน้ำของประชาชนในพื้นที่ได้อย่างยั่งยืน
The project aims to procure a large-scale water production system with a capacity of 10 cubic meters per hour for Ban Yang Moen, Village No. 3, Tambon Yang Moen, Samoeng District, Chiang Mai Province. The main objective is to provide residents with quality and standardized tap water for consumption. The procured system must be an innovative “POG” system, integrating all water production steps into a single unit to enhance efficiency and reduce management and maintenance complexities. The scope of work includes the procurement and installation of the POG TANK system, which comprises a water storage tank with internal filtration equipment, a multi-purpose pumping station, an ACFS multi-purpose tank, and an SFX elevated tank, along with a fence around the installation area. The contractor must test the system for at least 48 hours before delivery and provide guidance to the Yang Moen Subdistrict Administrative Organization staff on the tap water production process. The project’s success lies in having a water production system that can produce tap water of WHO quality standards and sustainably address the water shortage problems of the people in the area.
