รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อจัดหารถส่งเสริมการอ่านเคลื่อนที่ให้สํานักงานส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ประจําจังหวัดมุกดาหาร เพื่อเพิ่มความพร้อมและความคล่องตัวในการจัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการอ่านเคลื่อนที่ และส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ตลอดชีวิตให้แก่ประชาชนทุกช่วงวัย โดยรถส่งเสริมการอ่านเคลื่อนที่จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติที่กําหนดไว้ใน TOR อย่างละเอียด เช่น ต้องเป็นรถบรรทุกขนาด 1 ตัน ขับเคลื่อน 4 ล้อ มีตู้บรรทุกที่ออกแบบเป็นพิเศษสําหรับเป็นห้องสมุดเคลื่อนที่ มีชั้นวางหนังสือและสื่อการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ มีระบบไฟฟ้าส่องสว่าง อุปกรณ์พื้นฐานประจํารถ และอุปกรณ์ประกอบอื่นๆ เช่น โต๊ะ เก้าอี้ เต็นท์ โทรทัศน์ จอ LED ทัชสกรีน เครื่องขยายเสียง ชุดเครื่องเสียงเคลื่อนที่ คอมพิวเตอร์แท็บเล็ต อุปกรณ์ 4G WIFI Router และสื่อสําหรับส่งเสริมการอ่านและการเรียนรู้ต่างๆ รวมถึงชุดสาธิตการเรียนรู้การผลิตไฟฟ้าด้วยพลังงานแสงอาทิตย์ (Solar Cell)
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมเสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนดไว้ และจะต้องเสนอรายละเอียดของรถส่งเสริมการอ่านเคลื่อนที่ให้ถูกต้องครบถ้วนตาม TOR โดยสํานักงานฯ จะพิจารณาคัดเลือกจากผู้ที่เสนอรายละเอียดถูกต้องครบถ้วนและเสนอราคาต่ําสุดแต่ไม่ต่ํากว่าวงเงินงบประมาณที่กําหนด
The project aims to procure a mobile library vehicle for the Mukdahan Provincial Non-Formal and Informal Education Office to enhance its readiness and flexibility in organizing mobile reading promotion activities and promoting lifelong learning for people of all ages. The mobile library vehicle must meet the specifications detailed in the TOR, such as being a 1-ton, 4-wheel drive truck with a specially designed body for use as a mobile library, including bookshelves and various learning media, lighting, basic vehicle equipment, and other accessories such as tables, chairs, tents, televisions, touch screen LED displays, amplifiers, mobile sound systems, tablet computers, 4G WIFI routers, and various reading and learning materials, including a solar cell power generation learning demonstration kit. Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit complete and accurate details of the mobile library vehicle according to the TOR. The office will select the bidder who submits complete and accurate details and offers the lowest price, but not lower than the specified budget.
