โครงการจ้างเหมาพัฒนาระบบรับ-ส่งต่อผู้ป่วยเชื่อมต่อระบบ Health Link มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อเชื่อมต่อฐานข้อมูลจากระบบ Health Link กับระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยให้สอดคล้องกับบริบทการบริการ และการดูประวัติการรักษาข้ามสังกัดที่เหมาะสม ระบบที่พัฒนาขึ้นจะต้องสามารถรองรับการสร้างใบส่งตัว การรับ-ส่งต่อผู้ป่วยในรูปแบบต่างๆ (OPD, IPD, ER) รวมถึงการส่งตัวกลับ และต้องมีระบบบันทึกข้อมูลและสถิติการใช้งาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกแบบ พัฒนา ทดสอบ และจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานระบบ รวมถึงจัดอบรมให้กับผู้ดูแลระบบและสถานพยาบาลที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสนับสนุนนโยบาย 30 บาทรักษาทุกที่
The project aims to develop a patient referral system connected to the Health Link platform to enhance healthcare service efficiency in Bangkok. The contractor is responsible for designing and developing a system that enables seamless patient data exchange between healthcare facilities, including a reporting and statistics system to monitor and evaluate system performance. The system must support referral creation, various patient referral types (OPD, IPD, ER), and a return referral process, along with data logging and usage statistics. The contractor will design, develop, test, and create user manuals, as well as provide training for system administrators and relevant healthcare facilities, to ensure effective system operation and support the 30-baht healthcare policy.
