โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดจ้างผู้รับจ้างบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ภายในห้อง MOE DATA CENTER ของสํานักงานปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ ซึ่งเป็นศูนย์ข้อมูลกลางเพื่อการศึกษาที่ให้บริการเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารของกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ การบํารุงรักษานี้มีความสําคัญเนื่องจากห้อง MOE DATA CENTER ให้บริการตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงทุกวัน การบํารุงรักษาครอบคลุมระบบต่างๆ ได้แก่ ระบบไฟฟ้า, ระบบปรับอากาศ, ระบบแจ้งเตือนอัคคีภัยและระบบดับเพลิง, ระบบตรวจจับน้ํารั่วซึม (Water Leak Detection System), ระบบควบคุมการเข้า-ออกประตู, ระบบควบคุมการทํางาน (Environmental Monitoring System) และระบบกล้องวงจรปิด (CCTV System) ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่ดูแล ซ่อมแซม แก้ไข และบํารุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ พร้อมจัดทํารายงานประจําเดือนส่งมอบให้ผู้ว่าจ้างตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา เพื่อป้องกันความเสี่ยงต่อความชํารุดบกพร่องของระบบและอุปกรณ์ และป้องกันการหยุดให้บริการของระบบ

This project aims to hire a contractor to maintain the equipment in the MOE DATA CENTER of the Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education. The goal is to ensure the continuous and efficient operation of the equipment. The maintenance covers electrical systems, air conditioning systems, fire alarm and suppression systems, water leak detection systems, access control systems, environmental monitoring systems, and CCTV systems. The contractor is responsible for maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous and efficient operation, as well as submitting monthly reports to the client throughout the contract period. This is to prevent the risk of system and equipment failure and prevent system downtime.
