โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงห้องน้ำ-ห้องสุขา ณ หน่วยพิทักษ์อุทยานแห่งชาติที่ สร.1 (น้ำตกแม่สุรินทร์) ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในเขตอุทยานแห่งชาติน้ำตกแม่สุรินทร์ การปรับปรุงนี้ครอบคลุมงานหลายด้าน ได้แก่ งานสถาปัตยกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการปรับปรุงโครงสร้างอาคาร, ผนัง, พื้น, หลังคา, ประตู, หน้าต่าง และสุขภัณฑ์ต่างๆ ให้มีความสวยงามและคงทน นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงงานโครงสร้างเพื่อเสริมความแข็งแรงของอาคาร, งานสุขาภิบาลที่เกี่ยวข้องกับระบบน้ำดี-น้ำเสีย และการติดตั้งสุขภัณฑ์ให้ได้มาตรฐาน รวมถึงงานไฟฟ้าในการติดตั้งระบบแสงสว่างและอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้าที่จำเป็น

ขอบเขตงานยังรวมถึงการปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบห้องน้ำ-ห้องสุขาให้มีความเหมาะสมกับสภาพแวดล้อมของอุทยาน การเลือกใช้วัสดุจะต้องเป็นไปตามรายการวัสดุที่กำหนด และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานงานก่อสร้างที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามหลักการก่อสร้างทั่วไปโดยย่อที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR และต้องจัดทำ SHOP DRAWING ในกรณีที่แบบแปลนไม่ชัดเจน หรือมีข้อขัดแย้ง เพื่อให้งานก่อสร้างเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและมีคุณภาพ

This project involves the renovation of restrooms at the Surin Waterfall National Park Ranger Station 1, located within the Mae Surin Waterfall National Park. The main scope of work includes architectural, structural, sanitary, and electrical improvements to enhance the condition, hygiene, and user convenience of the restrooms, as well as landscaping to harmonize with the park’s environment. The project includes architectural work related to the building structure, walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, and sanitary ware to be beautiful and durable. It also includes structural work to reinforce the building, sanitary work related to water supply and drainage systems, and the installation of standard sanitary ware, including electrical work to install lighting and necessary electrical equipment.
