รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้สถาบันราชประชาสมาสัยมีระบบงานสารสนเทศที่ทันสมัย สามารถดูแลแก้ไขระบบได้ด้วยตัวเองทั้งหมด และลดความผิดพลาดของข้อมูลภายในสถาบันฯ ซึ่งเป็นสิ่งสำคัญต่อผู้ที่มารับบริการ และเพื่อให้บุคลากรของสถาบันฯ ได้เรียนรู้ในระบบสารสนเทศ
ขอบเขตงานหลักประกอบด้วย การจัดซื้อโปรแกรมระบบบันทึกข้อมูลหน่วยบริการ (HIS) พร้อมสิทธิ์การใช้งาน จำนวน 1 ชุด โดยระบบ HIS ที่จัดซื้อต้องมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะที่ครอบคลุมการทำงานในด้านต่างๆ ดังนี้:
- ระบบเวชระเบียน: ครอบคลุมการลงทะเบียนผู้ป่วยใหม่, การบันทึกส่งตรวจผู้ป่วย, การพิมพ์เอกสาร, การจัดการแฟ้มเวชระเบียนผู้ป่วยนอกและผู้ป่วยใน, การนัดหมาย และฟังก์ชันอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ระบบซักประวัติ: ครอบคลุมข้อมูลพื้นฐาน เช่น การเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลรักษากับรหัสหัตถการ, การบันทึกรหัสโรค, การตรวจรักษา, การบันทึกข้อมูล Screen และ Chief complaint, การบันทึกประวัติการแพ้ยา, การสั่งจ่ายยาและเวชภัณฑ์, การบันทึกรหัสหัตถการ และการบันทึกข้อมูลสั่ง Lab
ระบบจะต้องสามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับรหัส ICD ขององค์การอนามัยโลก (WHO) ได้ และต้องมีระบบช่วยเตือนเมื่อมีการแพ้ยา หรือเกิดอันตรกิริยาระหว่างยา (Drug Interaction) นอกจากนี้ ระบบต้องสามารถบันทึกข้อมูลการ Refer ผู้ป่วยไปยังสถานพยาบาลอื่นได้
This project aims to procure a Hospital Information System (HIS) program with usage rights for the Rajpracha Samasai Institute. The goal is to establish a modern information system that the institute can independently manage and maintain, reduce data errors, and facilitate staff learning.
The main scope of work includes the purchase of a Hospital Information System (HIS) program with usage rights. The HIS system must have specific features covering various functions, including:
- Medical Record System: Covers new patient registration, patient examination recording, document printing, outpatient and inpatient medical record management, appointments, and other related functions.
- History Taking System: Covers basic information such as linking treatment data with procedure codes, recording disease codes, examinations, recording Screen and Chief complaint data, recording drug allergy history, prescribing drugs and supplies, recording procedure codes, and recording Lab order information.
The system must be able to link data with the ICD codes of the World Health Organization (WHO) and must have a warning system for drug allergies or drug interactions (Drug Interaction). In addition, the system must be able to record information on referring patients to other medical facilities.
