The purpose of this project is to hire a contractor to provide security services within the area of responsibility of the Rural Highway Maintenance Division of the Industrial Ring Road, including the Industrial Ring Road, 5 public parks, office buildings, a museum, and a system control building. The contractor must provide 47 security guards to work 24 hours a day to ensure the safety of government premises, property, and the public using the services.
The scope of work includes providing 47 security guards to be stationed at various points such as maintenance offices, parks, on Bhumibol 1 and 2 bridges, and system control buildings, with shifts divided. The contractor must provide personnel who meet the specified qualifications, such as minimum education, age, health, and conduct.
The contractor is responsible for preventing damage to property, surveying the area, facilitating traffic, recording events, maintaining security against fire and theft, and providing advice to people contacting the government. In addition, the contractor is responsible for the wages and rights of employees under labor law and providing replacement personnel in case of absenteeism. Failure to comply with the requirements will result in penalties as specified in the contract.
