โครงการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างฝายน้ําล้นคลองลาง หมู่ที่ ๔ บ้านไร่ยาว ตำบลตะกุกใต้ อำเภอวิภาวดี จังหวัดสุราษฎร์ธานี มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างแหล่งกักเก็บน้ำสำหรับใช้ในการอุปโภคและการเกษตรในช่วงฤดูแล้ง บำรุงรักษาระบบระบายน้ำ และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการระบายน้ำในช่วงฤดูฝน โดยมีขอบเขตงานคือการก่อสร้างฝายน้ําล้นคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็กยาว ๒๐ เมตร สันฝายสูง ๑.๕๐ เมตร พร้อมติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการจำนวน ๒ ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุก่อสร้างที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 90 ของปริมาณเหล็กที่ใช้ทั้งหมด ระยะเวลาในการส่งมอบงานคือ ๑๘๐ วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า ๒ ปี
This project is a bid for the construction of a reinforced concrete weir at Khlong Lang, Moo 4, Ban Rai Yao, with the aim of creating a water storage source for consumption and agriculture during the dry season, maintaining the drainage system, and increasing drainage efficiency during the rainy season. The scope of work includes the construction of a 20-meter-long reinforced concrete overflow weir with a crest height of 1.50 meters, along with the installation of two project information signs. The contractor must use construction materials produced domestically for at least 50% and steel produced domestically for at least 90% of the total steel used. The delivery period is 180 days from the date of signing the contract. The winning bidder must guarantee the workmanship for a period of not less than 2 years.
