ข้อกำหนดการจัดซื้อรถยกไฟฟ้า (Stracker) ฉบับนี้ จัดทำขึ้นโดยสาขาภาคตะวันออกเฉียงเหนือ องค์การเภสัชกรรม เพื่อจัดซื้อรถยกไฟฟ้า 1 คัน สำหรับใช้งานในคลังสินค้า วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการจัดการคลังสินค้าและการส่งมอบสินค้าให้ลูกค้าได้ทันเวลา รถยกใหม่จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคตามที่กำหนด เช่น ความสามารถในการยกน้ำหนักไม่น้อยกว่า 1,600 กก., เสายกแบบ Triplex, และขนาดของงาที่เหมาะสม ผู้ขายจะต้องดำเนินการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานทั้งภาคทฤษฎีและปฏิบัติให้กับพนักงาน รวมถึงทำการทดสอบระบบต่างๆ ของรถยกก่อนส่งมอบ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบรถยกพร้อมเอกสารประกอบต่างๆ เช่น คู่มือการใช้งาน, แผนการบำรุงรักษา, และใบรับประกัน โดยมีระยะเวลาส่งมอบภายใน 300 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณที่ตั้งไว้คือ 830,000 บาท (ไม่รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม) ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และได้รับการแต่งตั้งเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือเป็นบริษัทลูกของผู้ผลิตเป็นเวลาไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี

This Terms of Reference (TOR) is for the procurement of one Stracker electric forklift by the Northeastern Branch of the Government Pharmaceutical Organization (GPO). The main objective is to improve warehouse management and timely delivery of goods to customers. The new forklift must meet specified technical specifications, such as a load capacity of no less than 1,600 kg, a Triplex mast, and appropriate fork dimensions. The seller must provide theoretical and practical training to employees and test the forklift systems before delivery. In addition, the seller must deliver the forklift with supporting documents such as user manuals, maintenance plans, and warranties. The delivery period is within 300 days from the contract signing date. The budget is 830,000 baht (excluding VAT). Bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have been appointed as a distributor or subsidiary of the manufacturer for at least 2 years.
