โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อซ่อมบำรุงระบบประปาของหน่วยในกองทัพบก สังกัดแผนกสัตวบาล กองการสัตว์และเกษตรกรรม ที่ ๒ กรมการสัตว์ทหารบก เพื่อให้ระบบประปามีสภาพที่พร้อมใช้งานและเป็นการบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของหน่วยงาน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• การเดินท่อเมนน้ำประปาบาดาลด้วยท่อ PVC ขนาด Ø ๑๐๐ มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูน้ํา
• การเดินท่อน้ำประปาบาดาลแยกจากท่อจ่ายน้ำบาดาลด้วยท่อเหล็กบุพีอี ขนาด Ø ๒๕ มม. และ Ø ๑๕ มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูน้ําและก๊อกน้ํา
• การเดินท่อเมนน้ำประปาบาดาลต่อจากหอถังสูงเดิมด้วยท่อ PVC ขนาด Ø ๑๐๐ มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูน้ํา
• การเดินท่อน้ำประปาบาดาลแยกจากท่อจ่ายน้ำบาดาลเข้าบ่อน้ำสำหรับเลี้ยงสัตว์ด้วยท่อเหล็กบุพีอี ขนาด Ø ๒๕ มม. และ Ø ๑๕ มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูน้ําและก๊อกน้ํา
• การเดินท่อน้ำประปาบาดาลแยกจากท่อจ่ายน้ำบาดาลเข้าถังพักน้ำหลังอาคารด้วยท่อ PVC ขนาด Ø ๕๕ มม. พร้อมติดตั้งประตูน้ํา, ลูกลอย, และก๊อกน้ํา
• การติดตั้งประตูน้ําระบายอากาศ ขนาด Ø ๒๕ มม. พร้อมวาล์วควบคุม
• การติดตั้งหัวจ่ายน้ำดับเพลิง ขนาด Ø ๑๐๐ มม. พร้อมวาล์วควบคุม

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตาม BOQ และคู่มือการปฏิบัติงานก่อสร้างของกองทัพบก พ.ศ. ๒๕๖๘ รวมถึงภาคผนวก และต้องจัดทำแผนการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๖๐ และเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ ๙๐

This project aims to maintain the water supply system of the Army unit, under the Veterinary Division, Animal and Agricultural Division 2, Army Animal Department, to ensure the water supply system is in good condition and alleviate the unit’s difficulties.

The scope of work includes:

• Laying the main underground water pipe with PVC pipe, size Ø 100 mm, and installing a gate valve.
• Laying separate underground water pipes from the water supply pipe with PE-lined steel pipes, sizes Ø 25 mm and Ø 15 mm, and installing gate valves and faucets.
• Laying the main underground water pipe from the original elevated tank with PVC pipe, size Ø 100 mm, and installing a gate valve.
• Laying separate underground water pipes from the water supply pipe to the animal pond with PE-lined steel pipes, sizes Ø 25 mm and Ø 15 mm, and installing gate valves and faucets.
• Laying separate underground water pipes from the water supply pipe to the water tank behind the building with PVC pipe, size Ø 55 mm, and installing gate valves, floats, and faucets.
• Installing Ø 25 mm air vent valves with control valves.
• Installing Ø 100 mm fire hydrants with control valves.

The contractor must comply with the BOQ and the Army Construction Manual B.E. 2568, including the appendices, and must prepare a plan to use materials manufactured in the country not less than 60 percent and steel manufactured in the country not less than 90 percent.
