สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) เปิดรับข้อเสนอสำหรับการจ้างเหมาจัดหาพื้นที่และจัดงานสร้างประสบการณ์ประเด็นสุขภาพจิต โดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างพื้นที่ปลอดภัยที่ส่งเสริมสุขภาพจิตที่ดีและเพื่อสะท้อนมุมมองของผู้คนที่มีประสบการณ์ชีวิตที่แตกต่างกัน โดยมีกลุ่มเป้าหมายคือประชาชนทั่วไป

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาพื้นที่ (ขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า 100 ตร.ม.) การพัฒนาเนื้อหาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสุขภาพจิตสำหรับคนทุกช่วงวัย, การออกแบบพื้นที่สร้างประสบการณ์ที่เน้นการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์, การผลิตและติดตั้งนิทรรศการ, รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์ผ่านสื่อออนไลน์และสื่อภายในพื้นที่จัดงาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานภายใน 180 วัน นับจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา โดยแบ่งการจ่ายเงินออกเป็น 3 งวดตามผลงานที่ส่งมอบ

ผู้สนใจจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีผลงานด้านการจัดงานลักษณะเดียวกันวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 2,000,000 บาท, และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR การประเมินข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธี “เกณฑ์ค่าประสิทธิภาพต่อราคา” (Price Performance) โดยมีน้ำหนักราคา 30% และข้อเสนอด้านเทคนิค 70% งบประมาณรวมทั้งสิ้น 5,000,000 บาท (รวมภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม)

The Office of the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) is inviting bids for the procurement of space and event management services to create an experience focused on mental health issues through e-bidding. The project aims to create a safe space that promotes good mental health and reflects diverse perspectives on mental well-being. The scope of work includes site acquisition (minimum 100 sq.m.), content development related to mental health for all age groups, the design of an interactive experience space, the production and installation of an exhibition, and publicity through online and on-site media. The contractor must deliver the work within 180 days from the contract signing date, with payments divided into 3 installments based on completed deliverables.

Interested parties must meet the legal requirements, have a portfolio of similar work with a value of at least 2,000,000 baht, and have the qualifications specified in the TOR. Proposals will be evaluated using the “Price Performance” method, with a 30% weight on price and 70% on technical proposals. The total budget for this project is 5,000,000 baht (including VAT).
