เทศบาลตำบลเกาะช้างมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อรถยนต์บรรทุกน้ำเอนกประสงค์ ชนิด ๖ ล้อ จำนวน ๑ คัน เพื่อใช้ในงานบรรเทาสาธารณภัยและกิจการอื่นๆ ของเทศบาล รถบรรทุกน้ำต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามข้อกำหนดทางเทคนิคที่ระบุไว้ในเอกสารฉบับนี้ รวมถึงต้องมีระบบขับเคลื่อน 4x2 ขนาด 13 ตัน มีเครื่องยนต์ดีเซล กำลังแรงม้าไม่น้อยกว่า 240 แรงม้า และมีถังบรรจุน้ำขนาดความจุไม่น้อยกว่า 6,000 ลิตร พร้อมติดตั้งสเปรย์ด้านท้ายสำหรับรดน้ำต้นไม้ นอกจากนี้ ยังต้องมีอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น เช่น ระบบสัญญาณไฟ ปั๊มน้ำแรงดันสูง อุปกรณ์ประจำรถ และการรับประกันคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และแนบเอกสารประกอบการเสนอราคาตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR
