ประกาศนี้เกี่ยวข้องกับการจัดซื้อข้อเข่าเทียมชนิดแกนสมมาตร เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วยข้อเข่าเสื่อมที่โรงพยาบาลอุทัยธานี ข้อเข่าเทียมนี้จะต้องเป็นชนิดใช้สารยึดกระดูก ผลิตจากวัสดุหรือโลหะปลอดสนิม มีการบรรจุที่ได้มาตรฐานและผ่านการฆ่าเชื้อ โดยมีรายละเอียดคุณสมบัติเฉพาะดังนี้ วัสดุแทนผิวข้อเข่าส่วนปลายของกระดูกต้นขา (Femoral Component) ต้องทำจาก Cobalt Chromium ผิวขัดมัน ออกแบบแยกข้างซ้ายขวา และมีร่องโค้งรูปตัวเอส วัสดุแทนผิวข้อเข่าส่วนบนของกระดูกหน้าแข้ง (Tibia Component) ต้องทำจาก Titanium alloy ชนิดขัดมัน (Polished) ใช้เทคโนโลยี DURAHONE มีแกนโลหะยึดทำมุม 3 องศา และมีระบบล็อคกับ Insert แบบ Dovetails วัสดุรองข้อเข่าเทียม (Articular surface) ทำจาก UHMWPE หรือ XLPE และวัสดุแทนผิวสะบ้า (Patella) ทำจาก UHMWPE นอกจากนี้ ผลิตภัณฑ์ต้องเป็นของใหม่ ได้รับรองมาตรฐาน ISO 13485 หรือเทียบเท่า และมีเครื่องมือ Revision รองรับ
This announcement pertains to the procurement of symmetric axis knee prostheses for the treatment of patients with knee osteoarthritis at Uthai Thani Hospital. The knee prosthesis must be of the bone cement type, made from non-rusting materials or metals, and packaged and sterilized according to standards. Specific material properties include: the femoral component made of polished Cobalt Chromium, designed separately for left and right sides with an S-shaped groove; the tibial component made of polished Titanium alloy using DURAHONE technology, with a metal stem angled at 3 degrees and a Dovetails locking system; the articular surface made of UHMWPE or XLPE; and the patella made of UHMWPE. The product must be new, ISO 13485 certified or equivalent, and have revision instruments available.
