โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก บนทางหลวงท้องถิ่น บก.ถ.4-0014 สายถนนหนองคาย 3043 - วัดป่าวิไลวรรณ ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ที่บ้านนาคํา หมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลโคกก่อง อำเภอเมืองบึงกาฬ จังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยถนนจะมีขนาดผิวจราจรกว้าง 5.00 เมตร ยาว 1,780.00 เมตร และมีความหนาเฉลี่ย 0.15 เมตร คิดเป็นพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่า 8,900.00 ตารางเมตร การดำเนินงานประกอบด้วย งานผิวทางปอร์ตแลนด์ซีเมนต์, งานรอยต่อ, งานทรายรองพื้น, งานรองพื้นทางลูกรัง, งานวัสดุคัดเลือก, งานดินถมคันทาง, งานถางป่าและขุดตอ, งานท่อคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก, งานพื้นทางเดิมปรับเกลี่ยแต่งและบดอัดแน่น, งานดินตัด และงานไหล่ทางลูกรังปรับเกลี่ยแต่ง โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงสภาพถนนให้มีประสิทธิภาพดียิ่งขึ้น และอำนวยความสะดวกในการสัญจรของประชาชนในพื้นที่
This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete road on Local Highway Bok.Tor. 4-0014, the Nong Khai 3043 - Wat Pa Wilaiwan route, located in Ban Nakham, Village No. 3, Khok Kong Subdistrict, Mueang Bueng Kan District, Bueng Kan Province. The road will have a traffic surface width of 5.00 meters, a length of 1,780.00 meters, and an average thickness of 0.15 meters, accounting for a traffic surface area of not less than 8,900.00 square meters. The operation consists of Portland cement pavement work, joint work, sand foundation work, laterite subbase work, selected material work, embankment work, forest clearing and stump removal work, reinforced concrete pipe work, original pavement improvement, grading and compaction work, cut soil work, and shoulder laterite grading work. This project aims to improve road conditions for greater efficiency and facilitate the transportation of people in the area.
