โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์กู้ภัยที่ทำงานด้วยระบบไฮดรอลิคไร้สายจำนวน 13 ชุด เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการปฏิบัติงานกู้ภัย โดยอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดจะต้องเป็นแบบไร้สาย ใช้พลังงานจากแบตเตอรี่ และมีไฟแสดงสถานะการทำงานของแบตเตอรี่และอุณหภูมิของแบตเตอรี่ เครื่องมือต้องสามารถใช้งานใต้น้ำได้ และผลิตหรือผ่านการทดสอบตามมาตรฐาน NFPA หรือ EN หรือมาตรฐานสากลอื่นที่เทียบเท่า ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีศูนย์บริการและศูนย์ซ่อมบำรุงในประเทศไทยที่ได้รับรองมาตรฐานจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต พร้อมทั้งมีการรับประกันคุณภาพสินค้าและบริการหลังการขาย อุปกรณ์ที่จัดซื้อประกอบด้วย เครื่องถ่าง, เครื่องตัด, เครื่องค้ำยัน, แบตเตอรี่, เครื่องชาร์จแบตเตอรี่, ชุดเครื่องมือกู้ภัยส่วนบุคคล, ชุดค้ำยันเสริมความมั่นคง, ชุดแท่นบันไดรอง, ชุดโซ่ดึงรั้ง และถุงมือกู้ภัย

This project aims to procure 13 sets of wireless hydraulic rescue tools and equipment to enhance rescue operations. All equipment must be wireless, powered by batteries, and have indicators for battery status and temperature. The tools must be able to operate underwater and be manufactured or tested according to NFPA or EN standards or equivalent international standards. Bidders must have service and maintenance centers in Thailand certified by the manufacturer, along with product quality and after-sales service guarantees. The equipment to be purchased includes spreaders, cutters, rams, batteries, battery chargers, personal rescue tool kits, stabilization kits, step-chock sets, pulling chains, and rescue gloves.
