เทศบาลตำบลอุโมงค์มีความประสงค์จัดซื้อรถโมบายเซอร์วิส (Mobile Service) จำนวน 1 คัน พร้อมติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ เพื่อนำไปให้บริการประชาชนในพื้นที่ห่างไกลและผู้ด้อยโอกาส โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มการเข้าถึงบริการสาธารณะ ลดขั้นตอนและระยะเวลาในการรับบริการของประชาชน รถที่จัดซื้อต้องเป็นรถกระบะตอนเดียว เครื่องยนต์ดีเซล ขนาด 1 ตัน ตัวรถต้องเป็นของใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR เช่น ขนาดเครื่องยนต์, ระบบส่งกำลัง, ระบบช่วงล่าง, ระบบไฟฟ้า, เครื่องปรับอากาศ, และติดตั้งหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาสพร้อมอุปกรณ์อำนวยความสะดวกต่างๆ งบประมาณในการจัดซื้อ 905,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย, และต้องจดทะเบียนในระบบ e-GP ของกรมบัญชีกลาง ผู้ชนะการเสนอราคาต้องส่งมอบรถภายใน 60 วันหลังลงนามในสัญญา และต้องรับประกันตัวรถและอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลา 1 ปี หรือ 100,000 กิโลเมตร

The Umong Sub-district Municipality intends to purchase 1 mobile service vehicle with installed equipment with a budget of 905,000 baht, to provide proactive services to the public in remote areas and the underprivileged. The main objective is to increase access to public services, reduce steps and time for the public to receive services. The purchased vehicle must be a single-cab pickup truck, diesel engine, 1-ton size. The vehicle must be new and never used before and meet the specifications outlined in the TOR, such as engine size, transmission system, suspension system, electrical system, air conditioning, and installation of a fiberglass roof with various convenience equipment. The budget for the purchase is 905,000 baht. Bidders must have the qualifications as prescribed by law, be legally capable, not be bankrupt, and must be registered in the e-GP system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The winning bidder must deliver the vehicle within 60 days after signing the contract and must provide a warranty for the vehicle and equipment for 1 year or 100,000 kilometers.
