โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาแหล่งน้ำบาดาลสำหรับชุมชนบ้านป่าลัน ต.ท่าก๊อ อ.แม่สรวย จ.เชียงราย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการขุดเจาะบ่อน้ำบาดาลให้ได้ตามคุณสมบัติที่กำหนดใน TOR รวมถึงการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น ท่อกรองน้ำ, ระบบประสานปากบ่อ, และป้ายโครงการ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดหาแรงงาน, วัสดุ, และอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นทั้งหมด รวมถึงการขออนุญาตเจาะน้ำบาดาล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในกรณีที่ปริมาณหรือคุณภาพน้ำไม่เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนด
