โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อบำรุงรักษาและเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบงานรับจำนำและระบบงานจำหน่ายทรัพย์หลุดจำนำของสำนักงานธนานุเคราะห์ เพื่อให้ระบบมีความพร้อมในการให้บริการแก่ประชาชนอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดูแลและบำรุงรักษาระบบงานให้สามารถทำงานได้ปกติและให้บริการได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง ครอบคลุมระบบงานต่างๆ ได้แก่ ระบบออกตั๋วจำนำ, ระบบจัดการทรัพย์ (ทรัพย์เข้า-ออกคลัง), ระบบรับ-จ่ายเงินหมุนเวียน, ระบบจัดการตั๋วจำนำ, ระบบจัดการข้อมูลลูกค้า, ระบบฐานข้อมูลกลาง, ระบบออกรายงานสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานและผู้บริหาร, ระบบประเมินราคาทรัพย์หลุดจำนำ, ระบบประมูลทรัพย์หลุดจำนำ และระบบจำหน่ายทรัพย์หลุดจำนำหน้าร้าน นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการสำรองข้อมูล, ตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพของระบบฐานข้อมูล, จัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการปฏิบัติงาน, ทดสอบและรายงานการกู้คืนข้อมูล, ตรวจสอบช่องโหว่ของระบบ, ปรับปรุงระบบให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดด้านรหัสผ่าน, พัฒนาระบบให้รองรับการเพิ่มต้นออนไลน์, พัฒนารายงานเพิ่มเติม, และเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพระบบจำหน่ายทรัพย์หลุดจำนำ รวมถึงจัดทำแผน BCP สำหรับระบบงานดังกล่าว

The primary objective of this project is to maintain and enhance the efficiency of the pawnshop and forfeited asset sales systems of the Public Pawnshop Office, ensuring continuous service delivery to the public. The contractor will be responsible for maintaining the operational status and continuous service of various systems, including the pawn ticket issuance system, asset management system (asset in/out of storage), revolving fund receipt/payment system, pawn ticket management system, customer data management system, central database system, report generation system for staff and management, forfeited asset appraisal system, forfeited asset auction system, and in-store forfeited asset sales system. Additionally, the contractor will be required to perform data backups, monitor database system performance, prepare performance reports, test and report on data recovery, conduct vulnerability assessments, update systems to comply with password requirements, develop the system to support online principal increases, develop additional reports, enhance the efficiency of the forfeited asset sales system, and create a BCP plan for these systems.
