โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อเครื่องไทเทรตอัตโนมัติ จำนวน 1 เครื่อง เพื่อสนับสนุนงานวิจัยของโครงการจัดตั้งศูนย์ห้องปฏิบัติการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าอัญมณี เครื่องประดับ และโลหะมีค่า ตามมาตรฐานระดับสากล มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีสุรนารี โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรองรับการวิจัยด้านการตรวจสอบคุณภาพสินค้าอัญมณีและเครื่องประดับ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และสามารถส่งมอบเครื่องไทเทรตอัตโนมัติได้ภายใน 90 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้เกณฑ์ประเมินค่าประสิทธิภาพต่อราคา (Price Performance) โดยพิจารณาทั้งด้านราคาและคุณภาพ รวมถึงคุณสมบัติที่เป็นประโยชน์, บริการหลังการขาย, และต้นทุนตลอดอายุการใช้งานของเครื่อง

This project involves the procurement of 1 unit of automatic titrator to support the research of the Gemstones, Jewelry and Precious Metals Quality Inspection Laboratory Center Project, according to international standards, at Suranaree University of Technology. The main objective is to support research in the quality inspection of gemstones and jewelry. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and be able to deliver the automatic titrator within 90 days from the contract signing date. The selection of the proposal will be based on the Price Performance evaluation criteria, considering both price and quality, including beneficial features, after-sales service, and the total cost of ownership of the machine.
