โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อก่อสร้างเสริมผิวแอสฟัลต์ติกคอนกรีต บนสายรอบหมู่บ้าน หมู่ที่ 12 บ้านถ้ำจันทร์ ตำบลศรีชมภู อำเภอโซ่พิสัย จังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยมีรายละเอียดคือ ผิวจราจรกว้าง 4.00 เมตร และความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 2,690.00 เมตร ความหนาของผิวแอสฟัลต์ติกคอนกรีตอยู่ที่ 0.05 เมตร ทำให้มีพื้นที่ผิวจราจรรวมไม่น้อยกว่า 10,760.00 ตารางเมตร
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การเตรียมพื้นที่, งานดินถมคันทาง, งานชั้นรองพื้นทาง, งานพื้นทาง, การ Prime Coat และ Tack Coat, งานแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีต, และการตรวจสอบแอสฟัลต์คอนกรีตที่ก่อสร้างแล้ว นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการอำนวยการและควบคุมการจราจรระหว่างการก่อสร้าง เพื่อให้เกิดความปลอดภัยและลดผลกระทบต่อผู้ใช้เส้นทาง

This project involves the construction of an asphalt concrete overlay on the road around Village No. 12, Ban Tham Chan, Sri Chomphu Subdistrict, So Phisai District, Bueng Kan Province. The road surface is 4.00 meters wide, at least 2,690.00 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick, resulting in a total surface area of at least 10,760.00 square meters. This includes the installation of a project information sign and a permanent sign as specified by the Sri Chomphu Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The contractor must operate in accordance with the Department of Rural Roads standards and the requirements specified in the TOR. The scope of work includes site preparation, embankment work, subbase course work, base course work, prime coat and tack coat application, asphalt concrete paving, and inspection of the completed asphalt concrete work. Traffic management during construction is also required to ensure safety and minimize disruption to road users.
