โครงการนี้เป็นการจัดซื้อท่อ HDPE ชนิดผนังสองชั้น (มอก.๙๘๒-๒๕๕๖) PN๖ PE๑๐๐ ความยาวท่อนละ ๑๒ เมตร พร้อมอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ รวม ๙ รายการ สำหรับใช้ในงานปรับปรุงระบบส่งน้ำอ่างเก็บน้ำทุ่งขามฯ ณ ตำบลไร่ใหม่พัฒนา อำเภอชะอำ จังหวัดเพชรบุรี ผู้ขายจะต้องส่งมอบท่อและอุปกรณ์ทั้งหมดไปยังสถานที่ก่อสร้าง โดยสินค้าต้องได้มาตรฐาน มอก. 982-2556 และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ทนแรงดันน้ำได้ไม่น้อยกว่า 5 กก./ซม.² ที่อุณหภูมิ 20 องศาเซลเซียส และทำจากวัสดุ PE100 ผู้ขายต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายในการตรวจสอบและทดสอบวัสดุ หากสินค้าชำรุดเสียหายระหว่างการขนส่ง ผู้ขายต้องดำเนินการแก้ไขให้เรียบร้อย
