โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อเครื่องปรับอากาศชนิดฝังฝ้าเพดานกระจายลม ๔ ทิศทาง สำหรับห้องประชุมในอาคารเฉลิมพระเกียรติฉลองสิริราชย์สมบัติครบ 60 ปี เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมและอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดประชุม ต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงาน และการประชุมสัมมนาต่างๆ ให้เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย การจัดซื้อเครื่องปรับอากาศขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า ๔๐๐,๐๐๐ บีทียู จำนวน ๒ เครื่อง และขนาดไม่ต่ำกว่า ๔๐,๐๐๐ บีทียู จำนวน ๒๐ เครื่อง โดยมีคุณสมบัติเฉพาะตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงการติดตั้งเครื่องปรับอากาศ การเดินท่อน้ำยา ท่อน้ำทิ้งพร้อมหุ้มฉนวน และงานซ่อมฝ้า

ผู้เสนอราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น เป็นผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุ และต้องไม่เป็นผู้ที่ถูกระบุชื่อไว้ในบัญชีรายชื่อผู้ทิ้งงานของทางราชการ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคาโดยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการตั้งแต่เดือนกุมภาพันธ์ถึงเมษายน 2568 และกำหนดส่งมอบงานแล้วเสร็จภายใน 45 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

This project involves the procurement of 4-way ceiling cassette air conditioners for the meeting rooms in the Chalermphrakiat Building, commemorating the 60th anniversary of the King’s accession to the throne. The project includes the purchase of 2 units of air conditioners with a capacity of not less than 400,000 BTU and 20 units with a capacity of not less than 40,000 BTU. It also covers installation, refrigerant piping, drain piping, and ceiling repair work. Bidders must meet specific qualifications, such as being a manufacturer or authorized distributor, and must not be on the government’s list of blacklisted contractors.
