This project involves the construction of a futsal field with a roof cover located behind the Bang Krut Subdistrict Administration Organization office, using the e-bidding method. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the bidding documents, including registration in the government’s electronic procurement system (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department. They must not be in a position of failing to submit income and expenditure accounts or submitting incomplete or inaccurate accounts. The selected contractor must receive and make payments through a bank account, except for payments not exceeding thirty thousand baht, which can be made in cash. The contractor must submit a work plan to the Bang Krut Subdistrict Administration Organization within 15 days after signing the contract. They must also create a plan to use materials produced within the country for no less than 50% of the total construction materials value and a plan to use steel produced within the country for no less than 80% of the total steel required.
