โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อดำเนินการก่อสร้างโรงจอดรถ 20 คัน ณ โรงพยาบาลวังทอง จังหวัดพิษณุโลก ตามแบบเลขที่ 10920 ของกองแบบแผน กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพ กระทรวงสาธารณสุข ซึ่งรวมถึงงานสถาปัตยกรรม วิศวกรรมโครงสร้าง เครื่องกล สิ่งแวดล้อม และไฟฟ้า ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องปฏิบัติตามเอกสารประกอบแบบทั้งหมด รวมถึงรายการผลิตภัณฑ์วัสดุและอุปกรณ์ก่อสร้างมาตรฐาน มาตรฐานการก่อสร้างอาคาร และเอกสารอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง โดยเน้นการใช้วัสดุคุณภาพสูง ช่างฝีมือดี และการดำเนินงานที่ถูกต้องตามหลักวิชาช่าง นอกจากนี้ โครงการยังรวมถึงการติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้าตามมาตรฐาน และผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันการใช้งานของวัสดุอุปกรณ์เป็นเวลา 2 ปี
