ประกวดราคาซื้อยา Orphenadrine citrate 35 mg. + Paracetamol 450 mg. tablet จำนวน 3,500,000 เม็ด

Banphaeo Hospital (Public Organization) intends to purchase 3,500,000 tablets of Orphenadrine citrate 35 mg + Paracetamol 450 mg for medical treatment of patients. The procurement will be conducted via electronic bidding (e-bidding) in accordance with the regulations of the Ministry of Finance regarding government procurement and supply management B.E. 2560.

Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR, be legally competent, not be bankrupt, not be in the process of liquidation, not be a blacklisted individual, and must register in the government procurement system via electronic means (e-GP) of the Comptroller General’s Department.

The proposed drug must have a label or package insert with complete details, be at least 1 year old from the date of delivery, and have a GMP certification. Bidders must submit at least 2 packaging units of the drug sample to the hospital for inspection.

The selection of bids will be based on a price and other criteria, considering the ratio of price to quality and beneficial properties for the government (30:70). The proposed drug must pass all general characteristics, specific characteristics, and other conditions.
