สำนักงานการตรวจเงินแผ่นดินมีความประสงค์จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์คอมพิวเตอร์รายการจอภาพ ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๑.๕ นิ้ว จำนวน ๒,๑๐๐ จอ เพื่อสนับสนุนการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ให้สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โครงการนี้มีงบประมาณรวม 4,450,000.00 บาท (เก้าล้านสี่แสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นบุคคลธรรมดาหรือนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพขายพัสดุดังกล่าว และต้องแสดงหนังสือแต่งตั้งการเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย พร้อมทั้งเสนอผลิตภัณฑ์ที่เป็นของแท้ ของใหม่ และยังอยู่ในสายการผลิต ณ วันที่ยื่นข้อเสนอ จอภาพที่เสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติทางเทคนิคขั้นต่ำ ได้แก่ จอภาพสี LED แบบด้าน ขนาดไม่น้อยกว่า ๒๓.๕ นิ้ว, รองรับความละเอียด 1,920x1,080 Pixel, Refresh Rate ไม่น้อยกว่า 100 Hz, Contrast Ratio ไม่น้อยกว่า 1,000 : 1, Brightness ไม่น้อยกว่า 250 cd/m2, Response Time ไม่เกินกว่า 5 ms, มีช่องเชื่อมต่อ HDMI และ VGA, และผ่านมาตรฐานต่างๆ

The Office of the Auditor General intends to procure computer equipment, specifically 2,100 monitors with a size of not less than 21.5 inches, to support the work of officials to enable them to work conveniently, quickly, and efficiently. The project has a total budget of 4,450,000.00 baht (nine million four hundred and fifty thousand baht). Bidders must be natural persons or juristic persons who have the profession of selling such materials and must present an appointment letter as a distributor from the manufacturer or distributor in Thailand. The offered products must be genuine, new, and still in the production line on the date of submission. The monitors offered must have minimum technical specifications, including a matte LED color monitor with a size of not less than 23.5 inches, supporting a resolution of 1,920x1,080 pixels, a refresh rate of not less than 100 Hz, a contrast ratio of not less than 1,000:1, a brightness of not less than 250 cd/m2, a response time of not more than 5 ms, HDMI and VGA connectors, and various standards.
