การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์ที่จะดำเนินการจัดซื้อท่อและข้อต่อ AC พร้อมแหวนยาง ศก. 300 มม. จำนวน 2 รายการ เพื่อใช้ในงานลดน้ำสูญเสีย หรืองานอื่น ๆ ของ กปน. วัสดุทั้งหมดนี้เป็นวัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ และมีคุณภาพตรงตามรายละเอียด Spec เลขที่ 33-001-6 SPE. แบบมาตรฐานเลขที่ บท.001/1 ของกองมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นโรงงานผู้ผลิตและเป็นผู้จำหน่ายเอง หรือเป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายที่ได้รับการแต่งตั้งอย่างเป็นทางการจากโรงงานผู้ผลิต โดยมีเงื่อนไขว่าโรงงานผู้ผลิตและผู้จำหน่ายเองจะไม่สามารถแต่งตั้งตัวแทนจำหน่ายอื่นเข้าเสนอราคาในคราวเดียวกันได้

คู่สัญญาต้องจัดทำแผนการทำงานมาให้ภายใน 7 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยแผนการทำงานดังกล่าวถือเป็นเอกสารส่วนหนึ่งของสัญญา

ท่อและข้อต่อที่จะจัดส่งตามสัญญา จะต้องผ่านการตรวจสอบและรับรองคุณภาพจากกองมาตรฐานวิศวกรรม และผ่านการตรวจรับของคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุแล้ว คู่สัญญาต้องมีท่อและข้อต่อพร้อมที่จะส่งให้ กปน. งวดแรกไม่น้อยกว่าจำนวนที่ กปน. ประมาณการไว้ในแต่ละเดือน ภายใน 45 วันนับถัดจากวันที่ลงนามในสัญญา

กปน. จะทำการตรวจรับท่อและข้อต่อ ณ โรงงานผู้ผลิต หรือสถานที่ใช้งาน หรือสถานที่ที่ กปน. กำหนด และจะจ่ายเงินให้เป็นรายเดือน เมื่อคู่สัญญาได้ส่งมอบพัสดุครบจำนวนตามที่ กปน. แจ้งให้ส่งมอบและคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุได้ตรวจรับเรียบร้อยแล้ว สัญญามีกำหนดระยะเวลา 365 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยใช้เกณฑ์ราคารวมในการพิจารณาคัดเลือกข้อเสนอ

The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to purchase AC pipes and fittings with rubber rings, diameter 300 mm, in 2 items, for use in water loss reduction or other MWA projects. All materials must be domestically produced and meet the quality specifications outlined in Spec No. 33-001-6 SPE, standard form No. Bor.001/1 of the Engineering Standards Division. Bidders must be either the manufacturing plant itself or an officially appointed distributor.

The contractor must submit a work plan within 7 days from the date of signing the contract, which will be considered part of the contract.

Pipes and fittings to be delivered under the contract must pass quality inspection and certification from the Engineering Standards Division and acceptance by the Materials Inspection Committee. The contractor must have pipes and fittings ready for the first delivery to MWA, not less than the estimated monthly quantity, within 45 days from the date of signing the contract.

MWA will inspect and accept pipes and fittings at the manufacturing plant, place of use, or location designated by MWA, and will make monthly payments upon complete delivery and acceptance by the Materials Inspection Committee. The contract duration is 365 days from the date of signing, with total price as the selection criteria.
