โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแหล่งท่องเที่ยวน้ำตกโตนแพรทองในตำบลลำสินธุ์ อำเภอศรีนครินทร์ จังหวัดพัทลุง โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวเชิงธรรมชาติและวัฒนธรรมของชุมชน สนับสนุนการเติบโตของเศรษฐกิจชุมชน และสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับวิถีชีวิตและวัฒนธรรมท้องถิ่น

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการซ่อมสร้างถนนลาดยางแอสฟัลท์ติกคอนกรีต สายวัดโตน-โหละไฟตก โดยแบ่งเป็น 2 ช่วง ช่วงแรกขนาดกว้าง 4.00-8.90 เมตร ยาว 114 เมตร และช่วงที่สองขนาดกว้าง 4.00 เมตร ยาว 2,433 เมตร หนา 0.05 เมตร รวมพื้นที่ไม่น้อยกว่า 10,747 ตร.ม. นอกจากนี้ ยังมีงานตีเส้นจราจรด้วยสีเทอร์โมพลาสติก, การติดตั้งป้ายจราจร, การติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าส่องสว่างสูง 9 เมตร พร้อมหม้อแปลงไฟฟ้า, ฐานเสาไฟกิ่ง คสล. พร้อมตู้ควบคุมชนิดแขวน และระบบควบคุมแจ้งเตือนอัจฉริยะ รวมถึงป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการ

ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วันหลังลงนามสัญญา โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 2 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงานผิวทางและการติดตั้งอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR

This project aims to develop the Tone Prae Thong Waterfall tourism site in Lam Sin Subdistrict, Srinagarindra District, Phatthalung Province. It focuses on promoting natural and cultural tourism, supporting community economic growth, and strengthening local lifestyles and culture.

The scope of work includes repairing and constructing an asphalt concrete road on the Wat Ton-Hola Fai Tok route, divided into two sections: the first section is 4.00-8.90 meters wide and 114 meters long, and the second section is 4.00 meters wide, 2,433 meters long, and 0.05 meters thick, totaling no less than 10,747 sq.m. The project also involves thermoplastic traffic line marking, traffic sign installation, 9-meter high light pole installation with transformers, RCC pole base with a hanging control cabinet, intelligent warning system, and project information signs.

The contractor must complete the work within 120 days of signing the contract, with payments divided into two installments based on the progress of road surface work and equipment installation as specified in the TOR.
