รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดซื้อยา Budesonide 160 mcg + Formoterol fumarate 4.5 mcg ชนิดผงแห้งสำหรับสูดพ่น (dry powder inhaler) ขนาด 120 dose เพื่อใช้ในการรักษาผู้ป่วย โครงการนี้ดำเนินการด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อให้เกิดความเป็นธรรมและโปร่งใสในการจัดซื้อจัดจ้าง
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหายาที่มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด ทั้งในด้าน Finished product specification และ Drug substance specification ผู้เสนอราคาต้องยื่นเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ใบรับรองการวิเคราะห์ (Certification of Analysis) และข้อมูล Long term stability ของยา
ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประกวดราคาต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มี GMP/PICs หรือ WHO List of Prequalified Medicinal Products และต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุใน TOR อย่างเคร่งครัด เพื่อให้การเสนอราคาเป็นไปอย่างถูกต้องและมีประสิทธิภาพ
This project aims to procure Budesonide 160 mcg + Formoterol fumarate 4.5 mcg dry powder inhaler, 120 dose for patient treatment. The procurement process will be conducted via e-bidding to ensure fairness and transparency.
