ประกาศเชิญชวนผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) สำหรับโครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำนักงาน จำนวน 10 รายการ ภายในวงเงินงบประมาณ 655,600 บาท (หกแสนห้าหมื่นห้าพันหกร้อยบาทถ้วน) โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาครุภัณฑ์ให้แก่สำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายและการบังคับคดีจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ (สาขาหล่มสัก) เพื่อใช้ในการปฏิบัติงานราชการ

รายการครุภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการจัดซื้อประกอบด้วย โต๊ะทำงานและเก้าอี้สำหรับระดับปฏิบัติการและอัยการอาวุโส, เครื่องปรับอากาศแบบแยกส่วนขนาดต่างๆ (13,000 BTU ถึง 60,000 BTU), ชุดโต๊ะประชุม 15 ที่นั่ง, ชุดระบบภาพและเสียงสำหรับห้องประชุมขนาด 20 ที่นั่ง, และตู้วางแฟ้มเอกสาร ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR และต้องยื่นข้อเสนอผ่านระบบการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-GP) ของกรมบัญชีกลาง

การพิจารณาผลการประกวดราคาจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาราคารวมเป็นหลัก ผู้ชนะการประกวดราคาจะต้องส่งมอบครุภัณฑ์ทั้งหมดพร้อมติดตั้ง ณ สำนักงานอัยการคุ้มครองสิทธิและช่วยเหลือทางกฎหมายและการบังคับคดีจังหวัดเพชรบูรณ์ (สาขาหล่มสัก) ภายใน 30 วันทำการ นับถัดจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้ง

Invitation to bid for the procurement of 10 items of office equipment with a budget of 655,600 Baht (six hundred fifty-five thousand six hundred Baht), through electronic bidding (e-bidding). The objective is to procure equipment for the Office of the Attorney for the Protection of Rights and Legal Assistance and Enforcement of Phetchabun Province (Lomsak Branch) including desks, chairs, air conditioners of various sizes, a 15-seat conference table set, an audio-visual system for a 20-seat meeting room, and filing cabinets. Bidders must meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and submit their bids through the e-Government Procurement (e-GP) system of the Comptroller General’s Department. The winning bidder must deliver and install all equipment at the Office of the Attorney for the Protection of Rights and Legal Assistance and Enforcement of Phetchabun Province (Lomsak Branch) within 30 working days from the date of notification.
