รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างถนนคอนกรีตเสริมเหล็ก (คสล.) สายหนองใหญ่ หมู่ที่ ๑๔ ตำบลดอนยาง อำเภอปะทิว จังหวัดชุมพร ซึ่งมีขนาดความกว้าง 4 เมตร, ความยาว 400 เมตร และความหนา 0.15 เมตร โดยไม่มีไหล่ทาง โครงการนี้เกิดขึ้นเนื่องจากถนนเดิมมีสภาพชำรุด เป็นหลุมบ่อ ทำให้ประชาชนไม่สะดวกในการเดินทางและอาจเกิดอุบัติเหตุได้ การก่อสร้างถนนใหม่นี้จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ประชาชนในตำบลดอนยางและพื้นที่ใกล้เคียง
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบและรายละเอียดที่องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลดอนยางกำหนด ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดทำแผนการทำงานในรูปแบบ Gantt Chart และแผนการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 50 ของมูลค่าพัสดุทั้งหมด นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีผู้ควบคุมงานที่มีวุฒิการศึกษาไม่ต่ำกว่า ปวส. ก่อสร้างประจำอยู่ที่ทำการก่อสร้างเพื่อควบคุมงานอย่างใกล้ชิด
การชำระเงินจะจ่ายเพียงงวดเดียวเมื่อผู้รับจ้างส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนและถูกต้องตามสัญญาจ้างเรียบร้อยแล้ว โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 1,200,000 บาท
This project aims to construct a reinforced concrete ( คสล. ) road on Nongyai Road, Moo 14, Don Yang Subdistrict, Pathio District, Chumphon Province, with a width of 4 meters, a length of 400 meters, and a thickness of 0.15 meters, without shoulders. The project aims to address the deteriorated road conditions and facilitate transportation for residents in the area and nearby. The contractor is responsible for executing the construction according to the designs and specifications set by Don Yang Subdistrict Administration Organization, including developing work plans and material procurement plans that prioritize domestic products.
The scope of work includes construction according to the specifications of the Don Yang Administrative Organization. The contractor must prepare a Gantt Chart work plan and a plan to use domestic materials for at least 50% of the total material value. Additionally, the contractor must have a site supervisor with a vocational certificate ( ปวส. ) in construction present at the construction site for close supervision.
Payment will be made in a single installment upon complete and correct delivery of the work according to the contract. The project has a duration of 90 days from the date of signing the contract and a budget of 1,200,000 Baht.
