โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารบ้านพักข้าราชการอำนวยการระดับต้น/ชำนาญการพิเศษ อาคาร คสล. 2 ชั้น พื้นที่ใช้สอยประมาณ 100 ตารางเมตร พร้อมโครงสร้างต้านแผ่นดินไหว ณ โรงพยาบาลปากชม ตำบลปากชม อำเภอปากชม จังหวัดเลย ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) วัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเพิ่มที่พักให้เพียงพอต่อจำนวนเจ้าหน้าที่และลดค่าใช้จ่ายในการเช่าบ้าน งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรร 1,600,500 บาท กำหนดระยะเวลาก่อสร้าง 180 วัน นับจากวันที่ได้รับหนังสือแจ้งให้เริ่มทำงาน ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องมีผลงานก่อสร้างประเภทเดียวกันในวงเงินไม่น้อยกว่า 800,250 บาท และต้องมีมาตรฐานฝีมือช่างตามที่กำหนดใน TOR การประเมินข้อเสนอจะใช้วิธี “เกณฑ์ราคา (Price)” โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวม มีการจ่ายเงินเป็น 5 งวดตามความคืบหน้าของงาน

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the construction of a 2-story government official housing building with a reinforced concrete structure and earthquake-resistant design at Pak Chom Hospital, Pak Chom Subdistrict, Pak Chom District, Loei Province. The project aims to provide sufficient housing for staff and reduce rental expenses. The allocated budget is 1,600,500 baht. The construction period is 180 days from the date of the notice to start work. Bidders must meet the legal qualifications, such as being legally capable, not bankrupt, and must have experience in similar construction projects worth no less than 800,250 baht. Required skilled labor standards must be met as specified in the TOR. The proposals will be evaluated using the “Price” criterion, considering the total price. Payments will be made in 5 installments based on the progress of the work.
