โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อป้องกันและฟื้นฟูพื้นที่ที่มีความเสี่ยงต่อภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร และปรับปรุงบํารุงดินให้มีความอุดมสมบูรณ์ สามารถใช้ประโยชน์ที่ดินได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการป้องกันและแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นแก่เกษตรกรที่ประสบปัญหาจากสถานการณ์ภัยแล้งและภัยพิบัติทางการเกษตร โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะลดการชะล้างพังทลายของหน้าดินบนพื้นที่ที่มีความลาดชันสูงในภาคเหนือ และฟื้นฟูดินเพื่อเพิ่มความอุดมสมบูรณ์ให้แก่ดิน
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจ้างเหมาบริการจัดทํางานอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ํา โดยใช้แรงงานคนในการทําขั้นบันไดดินแบบไม่ต่อเนื่อง ความยาว 8.35 กิโลเมตร และการติดตั้งป้ายโครงการจํานวน 1 ป้าย ระยะเวลาในการดําเนินงานคือ 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในสัญญา
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กําหนด เช่น มีผลงานจัดระบบอนุรักษ์ดินและน้ํา และมีมูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการตามเกณฑ์ที่กําหนด การพิจารณาผลการยื่นข้อเสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา โดยพิจารณาจากราคารวมที่ต่ําที่สุด
The project aims to prevent and restore agricultural disaster risk areas in Ban Pha Daen, Chiang Mai Province, by implementing a soil and water conservation system, targeting 200 rai within 30 days. The contractor must construct discontinuous soil terraces and install project signs.
The main objectives are to protect and restore areas at risk of agricultural disasters, improve soil fertility for efficient land use, and enhance the prevention and resolution of problems faced by farmers affected by drought and agricultural disasters. The goal is to reduce topsoil erosion in steep areas of northern Thailand and restore soil fertility.
The scope of work includes hiring labor for soil and water conservation work, specifically constructing 8.35 kilometers of discontinuous soil terraces and installing one project sign. The project duration is 30 days from the contract signing date.
Bidders must meet specified qualifications, such as having experience in soil and water conservation projects and meeting the required net worth criteria. The bid evaluation will be based on price, with the lowest total price being the primary factor.
