โครงการจัดซื้อครุภัณฑ์สำนักงาน เครื่องฟอกอากาศแบบฝังใต้เพดาน หรือแบบติดผนัง จำนวน 15 เครื่อง ของกองการศึกษา องค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลเปียงหลวง มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อปรับปรุงคุณภาพอากาศภายในศูนย์พัฒนาเด็กเล็ก โดยการกำจัดฝุ่นละอองขนาดเล็ก PM 2.5, สารก่อภูมิแพ้, เชื้อแบคทีเรีย, ควัน, กลิ่น และไอระเหยของสารเคมีต่างๆ โครงการนี้ได้รับงบประมาณ 705,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กฎหมายกำหนด, ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย หรืออยู่ในระหว่างถูกระงับการเสนอราคา ต้องเป็นผู้มีอาชีพขายครุภัณฑ์ดังกล่าว และไม่มีพฤติกรรมขัดขวางการแข่งขันอย่างเป็นธรรม ผู้เสนอราคาจะต้องได้รับแต่งตั้งให้เป็นตัวแทนจำหน่ายจากผู้ผลิตหรือตัวแทนจำหน่ายในประเทศไทย และต้องมีเอกสารรับรองการมีอะไหล่จากผู้ผลิตพร้อมให้บริการไม่น้อยกว่า 5 ปี นอกจากนี้ ผู้เสนอราคายังต้องทำการติดตั้งเครื่อง, อบรมการใช้งาน, การบำรุงรักษา และการแก้ไขปัญหาเบื้องต้นให้แก่ผู้ใช้งานอีกด้วย

This project involves the procurement of 15 ceiling-mounted or wall-mounted air purifiers for the Education Division of the Piang Luang Subdistrict Administrative Organization. The primary objective is to improve indoor air quality in childcare centers by removing PM2.5 dust, allergens, bacteria, smoke, odors, and chemical vapors. The project has a budget of 705,000 baht. Bidders must meet legal requirements, not be bankrupt, and not be subject to suspension of bidding. Bidders must be in the business of selling such equipment and must not engage in unfair competition. Bidders must be appointed as a distributor by the manufacturer or its representative in Thailand and must provide documentation of spare parts availability for at least 5 years. Furthermore, bidders are required to install the equipment, provide user training, and offer maintenance and troubleshooting guidance.
