ปตท. โดยสถาบันลูกโลกสีเขียว มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผลิตวิดีโอผลงานรางวัลลูกโลกสีเขียว ครั้งที่ 23 รวม 13 ผลงาน ประกอบด้วย ประเภทชุมชน, ประเภทสิปปนนท์ เกตุทัต รางวัลแห่งความยั่งยืน, และประเภทกลุ่มเยาวชน โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกย่อง เชิดชู ผู้ทำงานด้านการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมในผลงานที่ได้รับรางวัล และเพื่อเผยแพร่ผลงานดังกล่าวให้เป็นที่รู้จักในวงกว้าง รวมถึงปลูกจิตสำนึกและเป็นแรงขับเคลื่อนการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อมให้ยั่งยืนยิ่งขึ้น

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการผลิตวิดีโอความยาว 3-5 นาทีต่อผลงาน ความคมชัดระดับ Full HD (1920x1080) พร้อมเสียงบรรยายภาษาไทยและคำบรรยาย (Subtitle) ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ โดยเนื้อหาต้องสะท้อนแนวคิดของรางวัลลูกโลกสีเขียว นำเสนอสาระสำคัญ จุดเด่น และคุณค่าของแต่ละผลงานอย่างครบถ้วน ด้วยภาพและเสียงที่มีคุณภาพ เทคนิคที่สอดคล้องและทันสมัย

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบกระบวนการผลิตทั้งหมด ตั้งแต่ขั้นตอน Pre-production (การจัดทำ Creative Idea, Mood board, บทวิดีทัศน์, การติดต่อประสานงาน), Production (การถ่ายทำวิดีโอระดับ Full HD), และ Post-production (การตัดต่อ, ทำไตเติ้ล, ลงเสียงบรรยาย, ทำ Subtitle, เลือกดนตรีประกอบ, ใช้เทคนิคพิเศษ) รวมถึงการจัดทำแผนและดำเนินการเผยแพร่วิดีโอผ่านสื่อสาธารณะเพื่อสร้างการรับรู้ในวงกว้าง

PTT wishes to hire a contractor to produce videos showcasing the 23rd Green Globe Awards, totaling 13 videos across 3 categories: Community, Sippanont Ketudat Award for Sustainability, and Youth. The objective is to honor individuals dedicated to natural resource and environmental conservation and to widely disseminate their work, fostering environmental awareness and promoting sustainable conservation practices.

The scope of work includes producing videos with a length of 3-5 minutes each, in Full HD resolution (1920x1080), featuring Thai narration and subtitles in both Thai and English. The content must reflect the Green Globe Awards’ philosophy, highlighting key aspects, strengths, and values of each project, using high-quality visuals, audio, and modern, relevant techniques.

The contractor is responsible for the entire production process from pre-production (Creative Idea development, Mood board creation, scriptwriting, coordination) to production (Full HD video shooting) and post-production (editing, titling, voice-over, subtitling, music selection, special effects). This also includes planning and executing the videos’ dissemination through public media to raise broad awareness.
