โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงหลังคาและส่วนประกอบของสะพานลอยคนเดิน จำนวน 4 แห่ง บนทางหลวงหมายเลข 9 ในเขตควบคุมของแขวงทางหลวงธนบุรี ซึ่งประกอบด้วย ตอนพระประแดง-บางแค ที่ กม.15+458 และ กม.16+561 และตอนบางแค-คลองมหาสวัสดิ์ ที่ กม.22+594 และ กม.29+177 การปรับปรุงนี้จะช่วยอำนวยความสะดวกและเพิ่มความปลอดภัยแก่ผู้ใช้สะพานลอย โดยเฉพาะการป้องกันแดดและฝนตามข้อเรียกร้องของประชาชน

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงหลังคาและส่วนประกอบต่างๆ ของสะพานลอยทั้ง 4 แห่ง ตามแบบก่อสร้างของส่วนสำรวจและออกแบบ สำนักงานทางหลวงที่ 13 และแบบมาตรฐานกรมทางหลวง ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องใช้วัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศไม่น้อยกว่าร้อยละ 60 ของมูลค่าวัสดุทั้งหมด และดำเนินการให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา

การคัดเลือกผู้รับจ้างจะใช้วิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดเป็นหลัก ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด รวมถึงมีผลงานในลักษณะเดียวกันกับงานที่ประกวดราคา และต้องปฏิบัติตามเงื่อนไขที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้พัสดุที่ผลิตภายในประเทศ

The Thon Buri Highway Division, Department of Highways, intends to contract for the renovation of roofs and components of pedestrian bridges on Highway No. 9, totaling 4 locations, to facilitate and ensure the safety of pedestrians. The contractor will be selected through electronic bidding (e-bidding). Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and have a track record of similar projects. The project aims to improve the roofs and components of 4 pedestrian bridges on Highway No. 9 under the control of the Thon Buri Highway Division. The renovation will provide convenience and enhance safety for bridge users, especially by providing protection from sun and rain as requested by the public. The scope of work includes renovating the roofs and components of all 4 pedestrian bridges according to the construction designs of the Survey and Design Division, Highway Office 13, and the Department of Highways standard designs. The contractor must use domestically produced materials for no less than 60% of the total material value and complete the work within 120 days from the contract signing date. The selection of the contractor will be done through electronic bidding (e-bidding), based primarily on the lowest price. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including having a track record of similar projects and complying with the conditions related to the use of domestically produced materials.
