โครงการนี้ริเริ่มโดยสำนักงานส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล (สศด.) เพื่อส่งเสริมและสนับสนุนให้เกษตรกรในพื้นที่เป้าหมายนำเทคโนโลยีดิจิทัลมาประยุกต์ใช้ในการเกษตร (Agri Tech) โดยเน้นที่เทคโนโลยีโดรนเพื่อการเกษตร (Agri Drone) และเทคโนโลยีอินเทอร์เน็ตของสรรพสิ่ง (IoT) โครงการมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อ (1) ส่งเสริมการใช้ Agri Tech ด้วย Agri Drone และ IoT (2) ยกระดับทักษะเกษตรกร (3) สร้างการรับรู้และขยายผลสู่การพัฒนาเมืองเกษตรอัจฉริยะ (Smart Agriculture) กลุ่มเป้าหมายประกอบด้วย เกษตรกร, กลุ่มเกษตรกร, ผู้ประกอบการด้านการเกษตร, และผู้เกี่ยวข้องในอุตสาหกรรมดิจิทัล ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการสำรวจความต้องการของพื้นที่, จัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน, จัดกิจกรรมส่งเสริมการใช้ Agri Tech, จัดอบรมพัฒนาทักษะ, และจัดกิจกรรมสร้างการรับรู้ โดยมีพื้นที่เป้าหมายคือ 8 จังหวัดที่อยู่ในแผนส่งเสริมเศรษฐกิจดิจิทัล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแผนงานที่ได้รับอนุมัติจาก สศด. และส่งมอบงานตามงวดที่กำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดทำรายงานและสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ต่างๆ

This project, initiated by the Digital Economy Promotion Agency (depa), aims to promote and support the adoption of digital technology in agriculture (Agri Tech) by farmers in the target areas, focusing on agricultural drones (Agri Drone) and the Internet of Things (IoT). The main objectives of the project are to (1) promote the use of Agri Tech with Agri Drone and IoT, (2) upgrade farmers’ skills, and (3) create awareness and expand the project to the development of smart agriculture cities. The target groups include farmers, agricultural groups, agricultural entrepreneurs, and those involved in the digital industry. The scope of work covers the survey of area needs, the development of an action plan, the organization of activities to promote the use of Agri Tech, skills training, and awareness-raising activities. The target areas are 8 provinces in the digital economy promotion plan. The contractor must operate according to the plan approved by depa and deliver the work as scheduled, as well as prepare reports and various public relations media.
