โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงภูมิทัศน์ทางหลวงท้องถิ่นสายเชื่อมระหว่างถนนวิภาวดีรังสิตกับถนนพหลโยธินช่วงที่ 1 ให้เป็นพื้นที่สีเขียวของกรุงเทพมหานคร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการปลูกต้นไม้หลากหลายชนิดตามที่ระบุในตารางรายละเอียด ได้แก่ ต้นเสลา, ต้นราชพฤกษ์, ต้นเฟื่องฟ้า (สีแดง, ขาว, ชมพู, ม่วง, ส้ม/เหลือง), ต้นยี่โถแคระ (สีชมพูเข้ม, ชมพูอ่อน, ขาว, แดง), ต้นเข็มชมพูนุช, ต้นซ้องนาง, หญ้านวลน้อย และติดตั้งค้ำยันไม้ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาวัสดุปลูกที่มีคุณภาพเหมาะสม ระยะเวลารับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของต้นไม้อย่างน้อย 5 เดือนนับจากวันส่งมอบงาน หากต้นไม้เหี่ยวเฉาหรือตาย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องนำมาเปลี่ยนให้ใหม่โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่าย

This project aims to improve the landscape of the local highway connecting Vibhavadi Rangsit Road and Phaholyothin Road (Phase 1), turning it into a green area for Bangkok. The contractor is required to plant various types of trees as specified in the detailed table, including Lagerstroemia speciosa, Cassia fistula, Bougainvillea (red, white, pink, purple, orange/yellow), Dwarf Oleander (dark pink, light pink, white, red), Ixora finlaysoniana, Cissus verticillata, and install wood supports. In addition, the contractor must provide appropriate quality planting materials. There is a warranty period of at least 5 months from the date of work handover. If the trees wither or die, the contractor must replace them at no cost.
